Great adventure. Character development made the story interesting and believable. Author's knowledge of location and characters' backgrounds was credible. I would definitely read another book by this author.
This is a beautifully written book with well developed and appealing characters. The descriptions of events are interesting and insightful. The story feels real and keeps you going. Many readers will fall in love with this book.
The book was captivating, I couldn't put it down! The authors did amazing setting up the plot and developing the characters. ! felt like I was experiencing the same emotions along with the characters. I am eagerly waiting for the next book in the series to be released. I recommend this book if you want to go on an Alaskan survival adventure.
I absolutely loved this book. The author's words were so descriptive I could see the island, smell the fire, hear the rain falling, feel the pain and suffering, and taste the fresh salmon. It was beautifully written and you will feel the roller coaster of emotions right along with the characters. READ.THIS.BOOK

I kept asking myself - - can it get any worse for this couple??? And yes, it kept getting worse for them - until they both survived! Yay! A fun book, a quick read because I had to just keep reading to find out what happened. I enjoyed learning more about how you would handle being in the wilderness in Alaska. There were enough good characters to develop into other books too. Hope so.
